Diocese Annual Banquet

With the blessing of H. G. Bishop Saraphim, the diocese of Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana is going to have the first annual banquet in Michigan this year. It will be in Ohio in 2023 and in Indiana in 2024, God willing, Saydna is planning to rotate the event between the three states. 

The Honorable Dr. Sameh Abou-Enein the Consul General in the Egyptian consulate in Illinois will be the keynote speaker at the event. He will discuss the changes that took place for the last couple of years to be in solidarity with the Consulate. There will be a time for Q&A.

Also, HGB Saraphim will have the chance to share what has been done in the last couple of years and will let us know about his vision for the future. 

Dinner will be served and a silent auction will be offered.

The cost will be $75.00 per adult and $35.00 for children.

The Samaritan Woman

One day about noon called “the sixth hour” in Biblical times (as it also is in our Agpeya’s) our Lord Jesus Christ stopped to rest quietly beside an old well in the desert at the foot of a mountain. He was very tired and very likely thirsty. The Lord Jesus and his followers were on their way to Galilee and had to go through the town of Samaria to reach their destination. It was this city of Samaria, which the disciples were sent to buy food leaving the Lord Jesus alone resting at the well outside the city. [click here to read more]
