Sense Organ Rejuvenation with Oriental Medicine & Qi Gong Techniques

In this hour talk, we'll learn how to maintain and improve our sense organs and facial care. We'll do hands-on Qi Gong facial techniques, gain understanding of the importance of our sense organs, as well as feel alive and vital.

Gua sha and jade roller techniques will be demonstrated so you can do your own self-practice.

Learn a little about the amazing organ your skin is, covering 18 square feet and weighing in at about 7 lbs. It is our largest vital organ. One square inch of skin contains several million cells, thousands of sensory receptors, around 650 sweat glands, and about 20 feet of blood vessels.

You will learn about the health of skin through what is happening inside and outside of your body, the difference between mainstream and holistic skincare, and how to bring your particular skin into balance with lifestyle tips, hydrosols, oils from plant foods we eat, essential oils, and clays, ground herbs flowers, and citrus peels, and other common foods.
