Lynch Law - March Newsletter

SXSW, a Towel Drive with Austin Humane, and a team-building trip to Sedona!
Lynch Law has been busy this month.
We wanted to use this newsletter to update you on some recent growth and development here at the Firm. Thank you, Austin for making us Austin's top Attorney two years in a row. Without you, we could not do what we do.
Thank you!

The Firm is Growing, meet our experts.

Many corporate investigators operate with a narrow set of industry dynamics. Without multi-industry expertise, a lot of cross-department and subtle industry context can be lost to the extent that any root-cause analysis is uninformed. The investigators of Lynch Law are a multidisciplinary team who formally connects with experts across a plethora of industries and job grades. Through this network and Lynch Law Firm's multidisciplinary skill set, it is able to bring the proper expertise to each investigation.
March Team Feedback

Thank you, Natalie and Brian, for a great presentation. It’s a technical area that litigators — for smaller companies, especially — might find themselves in… so it was helpful to our membership. And presented in a way — bouncing off each other — that kept it engaging.
-Lisa Hobbs, Chair, Civil Litigation Section

That was a great webinar with many good points to benefit anyone who needs their report to be useful.
Tommy Simmons-Texas Workforce Commission

I would echo Tommy's comment that a well-reasoned and well-written report was very helpful in the case I reviewed. Thanks for doing this CLE!
Lowel A. Keig-Texas Workforce Commission

I really Like Brian.

Latest Lynch News:

2022 SXSW

Natalie Lynch had a great time with the Austin LGBT Chamber of Commerce at SXSW EDU. What a great way to bring back live events with good people and good conversation in a beautiful safe outdoor space.
If you are looking for a speaker, we would love to help.

Video Library

We have a vast library of common Employment law and investigative questions.
This month's highlights were:

  • What If the investigation is about gaslighting?
  • What If I receive evidence likely to be used in litigation?
  • What If I am asked to fix the root problem after an investigation?

Austin Humane Society

Lynch Law Firm had a mandatory community engagement project at the Austin Humane Society. Little did the team know, Natalie scheduled a team meeting to be held in the puppy pin. As you can see, our fur-interns did not have any regard for social distancing. The team also received a tour of the shelter and discussed the Austin Humane Society's
multi-generational commitment to the animals of Austin and plans for a new campus in the new future.
