Dear <<First Name>>,

We have all witnessed recently, that existing economic and geopolitical factors have once again emphasized the importance of a country’s long-term energy security needs. Countries around the world, including the UK, are now re-assessing their energy security strategies. Policy support for the cleantech sector is expected to increase with such re-assessments and this will mean increased growth for the global climate tech capital market.

In line with these developments, we at Cambridge Cleantech are pleased to remind you that our next Cleantech Venture Day (CVD) will be taking place on the 18th and the 19th of May this year. The first half day session on 18th May will be at the offices of Taylor Wessing in London overlooking the City, whilst the pitching day on 19th May, will remain online. We are also delighted to let you know that we have received well over 100 quality applications from ambitious and aspiring cleantech growth companies and the judging panel are currently reviewing these applications to decide which are the 24 most investment ready to pitch on the day.

Whilst applications for the CVD are now closed, the early bird tickets are still available. So do book you early bird tickets now and get the chance to meet our promising start-ups, like-minded investors and corporates.
