Very seldom I share details of our internal decisions, but from time to time we like to keep our ecosystem informed on key decisions that change the game, or better, as in this case, create clarity.

At the Matrix-Q Ecosystem, we have learned to set rules and utilize matching tools.

When we explore, scout the net for potential members, we seek for a needle in a endless data flow, expecting to identify the DNA that matches Matrix-Q Projects, StartUps, Missions and Challenges.

We search carefully, and also create opportunities for potential candidates to demonstrate we are wrong, when the first indications of our assessment tell us that they may not be the right match

We live complex times. Challenges like covid-19 pandemic, the new emerging global economy, green-deal EU, ICT new controlling regulations, Climate Change impacts, SDG17 expectations, Impact metrics controls, new generations (M, Z, Alpha) leadership and engagement capacity, the trauma of war (Generations B, X), new cybersecurity global issues, make it extremely complex for an ecosystem of entrepreneurs, to recruit and build capacity, ethics and authenticity, in new members, aspiring entrepreneurs.

The modern challenges add up… and we feel like walking blindfolded, along a path that always changes, like a maze, and where the pitfalls are not clearly marked, as everything is always new

At the Matrix-Q Ecosystem we take these challenges with a positive mindset, as an opportunity for us to grow, learn, excel, unleash our true potential, by exploring the edge of our capacity and learning to thrive within our natural limits.

Every year we utilize Matrix-Q Algorithms to predict the unfolding of the following 100 years. Updates every quartal give us a sense of self-orientation. As a futurist, i trust that the future is or becomes what we make out of the resources and opportunities we have today. And by saying so, I also consider that today is outcome of the history of choices we have made.

Our past, story, explains as well the complexity increasing and why some preventive methods did not work, or give us metrics (As we can only measure something that has happened already, in the traditional mechanist science), of the impact some of our choices made in our future.

To learn from the past in order to create a future we prefer, is a dynamic and always evolving journey, in which knowledge and data volume increases by the breathe.

Human history gives us examples of all sorts of dilemmas, contradictions, barriers and tensions that have started with conflicts of interests, explained with conflicts between systems and diverse knowledge or belief sources, and created as an outcome in most cases a destruction of unique cultures, heritage, millions of people death, millions of species extinct, and ecosystems damaged.

Conflicts between mayor religions, backed up by powerful houses of wealth, being played in far away or very close countries, aiming at resources, commodities and precious metals, that would give more power, fuel, to a cause.

Not only mayor religions, houses of wealth, and nations have played this game, but also small but powerful sects, and emerging social, cultural and political movements.

When humans self-organize around belief systems, most of the time create a soil for competition for resources, people, opportunities, and territory. We have witnessed that also entrepreneurial ventures, gave birth to mayor conflicts of interest between business networks, associated to religion/sects, wealth sources, and power of influence.

In the middle of these conflicts has been very common to hear stories of espionage, sabotage, influence, infiltration with dormant agents, commercial games, manipulation, control over resources and networks.

As in ancient times, as today, and also in the future, the human nature and its complex behavior, creates circumstances in which conflict of interest make victims of those unaware of the setting, becoming pawns of a game they have not chosen.

These scenarios are written in human history all around the world, events that count for damage of property, loss, years of investments of entrepreneurs and families, and even worse, with a negative footprint in natural ecosystems.

SECURITY today faces a challenge as complex as human nature and the history of humanity is. Where pawns, and players, engage into causes, with pre-set conflicts of interests, and time windows in which an outcome needs to be reached, or a territory needs to be gained.

It is in this context that the Matrix-Q Ecosystem security protocols have been implemented already along 2007, and developed in the last 15 years.

I want to share that it has not been easy, to set barriers, limits, rules and borders, procedures and instruments, laws and principles; but the journey has explained us much about why nations do need to implement such, and the complexity of the board game being played.

Matrix-Q Matching Tools and Rules, aim today to find those leaders the future needs, to empower them with the knowledge, skills, technology, methodology, data, and innovations, that will make their journey more impactful addressing global, local, social pressing issues, creating a positive impact in nature, societies and economies.

While search and find isn’t simple nor direct, we also acknowledge the fact that the Matrix-Q Akademia, Matrix-Q Games, Matrix-Q Research Institute and Matrix-Q Startups are evolving within a greater board game, in which third party interests reach the edge of our own road map, strategic partnerships, and learning/development curve of our members.

It is in this context, in which past, and future meet the present, in which our ecosystem evolves and face challenges, that we decide for the best pathways that will lead us to a non violent, constructive, collaborative and positive journey towards our goals.

We need to keep ourselves vigilant, monitor and follow up all indications of attempts to stop us, influence us or deceive us in our journey.

In the last months we have shared about our decision to take distance as an ecosystem from organizations, that utilize monastic practices and knowledge, as we certainly see the negative impact it has created to humanity along history, also today, and worse entering the corporate world and government, how it has been mining the human capacity of leaders, deceiving them and directing their minds, and potential to a path that serves only monks with the choice to leave the worldly affairs, challenges and conflicts.

This week we have arrived to a more solid conclusion and the decision to restrict access to the Matrix-Q Ecosystem, to those involved in monastic practices, for security reasons.

Sects, included but not limited to, the Mindfulness movement, kundalini yoga, osho followers, sanctology, human design, lightworkers, and a number of buddhist, islam and cristian extremists sects, extremist feminists (gender polarity movement), monastic conscious sexuality movement, Terence McKenna followers, extremist scientific and technology research and academic circles, extremist business networks, extremist nationalist circles, extremist capitalist and impact investors, extremist new-age associations, are listed as “not welcome” to apply nor join our ecosystem. Candidates or members that have any sort of involvement in such and other similar movements, will be respected in their freedom to choose their own pathway, yet their access to our ecosystem will be restricted or limited to none.

We are now informing current members of our ecosystem of this decision, that has certainly take years of evaluation, with careful consideration, on the most respectful way to tell to such applicants that the level of incompatibility between their lifestyle, mindset and daily methods, values, behavior is such, that we see no need to invest at all in any potential conceptual opportunity. Knowing that by experience, there is no positive outcome for any of the parties that could come out of the interaction.

This decision also makes it more easy for all parties to focus on their own interests and giving the limits set, don’t waste valuable time or resources with each other.

The Matrix-Q Research Institute, has been founded with the purpose to develop further the multidisciplinary scientific research, body of work, of Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken, with the aim to transfer the experience, skills, knowledge and duty to care for creating a positive impact nature, societies and economies, by addressing global, local and social pressing issues, to the next 9+ generations.
