Your weekly news update

Welcome to the latest edition of Chatter From The 19th. Our giant Easter Raffle and Members Draw is set for Thursday April 14. Tickets can be purchased from the office and are just $2 each. There will be 25 prize draws, the major prize draw valued at $600 and the remaining 24 draws valued at $100 each. There will also be a $1000 members draw on the night. Draws take place from 7pm.

MSL Golf Scoring App – Watch this space – More info to come soon
- Our golf scoring app is coming soon
- We are undertaking testing of the App with selected members
- We will then run training sessions for interested members
- Members will be able to select if they use the app or a traditional scorecard
Pace of Play – Please ensure that you keep your round moving along. There are a few things you can do to keep the field moving
- Play ready golf, if you are first to the tee, hit off then mark your scorecard while the other group members are teeing off

Reminder to swap scorecard with playing partners within your group. Some things to remember -
- You are expected to counter sign your scorecard as well as being a marker on someone else’s card.
- You must ensure that scores submitted at time of signing are correct.
- Complete the crosses as that will make scanning of the scorecard possible.
- Please ensure that you have checked your score with your marker prior to submitting.
- Any mistakes on scorecard are the players responsibility and not Pro Shop staff. Pro Shop staff are there to process what you have submitted and not to check that it is correct.
Bunkers are now back in play - No more placing ball, play it as it lies, as per normal bunker rules
- Please Remember to rake the bunker after your shot is played

There are still plenty of divots on fairways and ball marks on the greens, remember if you see one please feel free to fix them.
Please ensure you have checked into the Pro Shop prior to play and to check the local rules board for any updates on course conditions for that days play.
A Reminder for all golf cart drivers to stay on the defined paths as best you can.
- Roped Off and Blue marked out areas around the green is marked out for a reason, please do not drive carts in these areas

COVID Safe Rules
A friendly reminder, please adhere to the COVID Rules when visiting Mooroopna Golf Club.
1 - Proof of Full Vaccination (unless exempt)
2 - Check In upon entry - Pro Shop and Club House
4 - If you are unwell or have mild symptoms, please do not come to the Golf Club - stay home and get tested

For your convenience the Mooroopna Golf Club courtesy bus opeates in the Shepparton and Mooroopna areas each Friday and Saturday evening from 5pm. To book please call the Club on 5825 4135.
