Meet the "Dream Team":
This month, we are highlighting our executive team, who Kitti affectionately calls the "Dream Team." Recently, we onboarded two new leaders to our executive team: Susan McDaniel, Chief People Officer; and Fatima Salaam, Director of Development. They have joined Kitti Murray, CEO/Founder; Walt Anderson, President/COO; and Kyra Cornell, Director of Marketing.
We are excited to have a creative, smart, and strategic team focused on serving our trainees by fulfilling our mission of providing job training for resettled refugees and immigrants. Currently, we are working diligently to set goals, establish commitments, and use our gifts for good.
We are here to serve refugees and the community. To that end, we would love to hear your questions, ideas or suggestions. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@refugecoffeeco.com.

Reflections from Fatima Salaam, Director of Development:
As the new Director of Development, it has been very exciting to engage in several unique experiences since I started in February. The Refuge Coffee Co. culture of "welcome" is infused in everything we do. From celebrating the 2nd anniversary of the Sweet Auburn location to launching the revamped Lead Barista Training, to introducing the Norcross community to our coffee, you can feel the energy and warmth of our community. These were just a few of the experiences in March.
Please check out our calendar of events to find out more about our upcoming events and how you can get involved.
Thank you for giving generously every month. Your gift allows a resettled refugee or immigrant to earn a living wage and to engage in our job training program.
