The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine’s 2021 report Implementing High-Quality Primary Care: Rebuilding the Foundation of Health Care highlighted several objectives to make high-quality primary care available to all. These objectives focused on payment reform, accessibility, training, and information technology. 'Better Health - Now' to Launch March 29, 2022 
On March 29, 2022, the Primary Care Collaborative (PCC) will be announcing a new campaign, Better Health – Now, that will build on the report’s recommendations for payment reform and access to whole-person care. All-New Health Literacy Training Kicks Off at PACE Southeast Michigan
Staff from the PACE Southeast Michigan Eastpointe Center met this month to begin training from an all-new health literacy framework titled 'The Power of Understanding'. Learn more here. 
Michigan Health Care Turnover Spikes in 2020 
As we know, demand for health care workers is exceeding supply. In the state of Michigan, mental health occupations are expected to grow by seven percent between 2020 and 2030, nursing occupations by three percent, and patient support occupations (including home health care aides) by ten percent. Michigan Health Council Hosts First VIRTUAL Mini-Medical School
