April 30th is el Día de los Niños! El Día de los Niños/Libros, or Children's Day/Book Day, celebrates children, families, and reading! Día is an nationally recognized initiative that highlights the importance of literacy for children from all backgrounds. It links families to diverse books, languages, and cultures.

Our monthly Book Discussion Group is the perfect opportunity to meet and chat with fellow booklovers. The book for this month is "The Enchanted April" by Elizabeth von Arnim. Want to join the book-talk? In-person sessions meet at the West Valley Library on the last Thursday of each month at 2pm. Virtual discussions take place at 7pm on the last Tuesday of each month.
