Marching Wolves Parent Meeting

This will be our last meeting of the school year. We will be discussing Spring Concert, Awards Night, and Board Elections for the 2022-23 School Year. We will also be discussing all things Disney & Universal at this meeting.

Paintball with the Marching Wolves

All Marching Wolves (yes, we'd love to see all the girls there too!!!) are invited to come play Paintball! All Band and Golden Blue members will be provided with paintball equipment, paintballs, pizza, snacks, and drinks. Students may bring their own paintball equipment.

The Booster Board covers the costs for all Marching Wolves members. Siblings, moms and dads are all welcome to come play at their own expense. Cost is $35. We pay Paintball Command under one invoice so, if paying by check, please make check payable to St. Paul’s Marching Wolves Boosters and turn in at the event.

Minimum age to play is 10 years old.

EVERY player must have a signed waiver to play. For returning players, waivers expire on February 28 and reset each year. Therefore, everyone will need to complete a new waiver AFTER March 1 and prior to playing on March 27. No exceptions. Parents must fill out the waiver for players under 18.

Band Boosters Executive Board Nominations

We are losing 4 members from the board at the end of this school year. For more information about elections or if you are interested in joining the board or nominating someone to the board, please reach out to Letha Tepper at lethatepper@gmail.com or marchingwolves@gmail.com or call at (985)789-8718. If you nominate someone other than yourself, we will call them to confirm their interest. All positions are open to all parents of Marching Wolves (both Band and Golden Blues). We love having both dads and moms on the board!

All positions on the board are open to anyone who would like to nominate themselves or someone else. We are looking for a Treasurer in addition to the other open positions. If you have a background in accounting, finance, or just really like numbers, this may be the perfect job for you!

Nominations will close at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 28th.
The election will take place at the general meeting on
Wednesday, March 30th.

2022 Disney-Universal FINAL Trip Payment Past Due

Final Payments were due yesterday.

All family and student balances should have been paid in full by yesterday. Any questions about final balances may be emailed to marchingwolves@gmail.com

Disney-Universal Itinerary

If you are planning to be in Disney with the Marching Wolves, you’ll need reservations at each park in advance of arriving. We will be in Magic Kingdom on Thursday 4/21 and in Hollywood Studios on Friday 4/22.

Universal does not require advance reservations, but operates on a first come first served basis. We will be in Universal on Wednesday 4/20 and Saturday 4/23. We will be marching in Universal on Saturday 4/23, but we don't yet have an exact time or location.

CDL Bus Drivers

What's the best way to get a front row seat to all Mardi Gras Parades? Become a BUS DRIVER!!

We are losing 3 of our bus drivers this year. We could really use more parents to volunteer to drive busses to football games and Mardi Gras parades. Please contact JW Lobdell at jwlobdell@gmail.com or (985)869-2398 for more information on getting your CDL license.
