April News you can (re)use!
Hello Scraplanta family! We appreciate all of your love and support over the past few months since we announced our return. Every day, we are one step closer to opening our doors to the community! With your help, we can make Scraplanta a fun and wonderful place to shop and be creative! Don't forget to connect with us on Facebook or Instagram for real-time updates about our store hours and donation process.
We understand how long this journey has been, and we have a new blog post about what's going on with our retail space here.

Volunteer with us!
Sign up to join Scraplanta's volunteer database. As Scraplanta works on opening our doors, we need volunteers to help set up our retail space, paint the walls, and sort donations.

Fractured Atlas Crowdfunding Campaign
When we received the keys to our retail space, we were surprised by how much work needed to get done to make Scraplanta a fun AND safe space to shop. As we apply for permits and get the building up to code, more costs continue to accrue, which is why we need your help to get Scraplanta's doors open. All donations are greatly appreciated and will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Scraplanta gift card. Higher donation levels receive annual discount cards and art class vouchers.

Art in the Park
Visit Scraplanta's Table for Art in the Park, hosted by ARTucker. On Saturday, April 30th, ARTucker will host an art festival at Peters Park. Scraplanta will have craft kits for children and information about the exciting programs that we have planned in our retail store.

Paint Love Summer of Wonder Art Camp
Unfortunately, Scraplanta will be unable to host summer camps in our new space, but our friends at Paint Love have wonderful camps planned throughout the summer. Registration is now open, and scholarships are available for students.

Final Scrap of Wisdom
April is Earth Month, and we're super excited. This month, we will create our own globes with objects from the Periodic Table of Creative Reuse. If you have a craft you want to share, tag us @ScrapAtl on Instagram!
