WTCA: West Yorkshire Fair Work Charter
West Yorkshire's Mayor Tracy Brabin has committed to putting in place a Fair Work Charter for the region. By signing up to the Charter, employers will be making a clear commitment to a range of good employment practices that actively tackle the significant disparities which are standing in the way of 'levelling-up' our region, and doing so will be a practical way in which the Mayor can give those leading and aspiring employers the public recognition, support and encouragement they deserve for their efforts in providing fair work. We are very keen to hear your views, the views of businesses from all sectors, and of all sizes, and from all our communities and groups, including those voices that are seldom heard.

As we emerge from the pandemic and arts organisations move from survival to recovery mode, there is a critical need to learn from our experiences and share successful approaches to the ‘new normal’ that 2022 and beyond will bring.
