The Dulverton Trust #IWILL FUND – May 2022 Panel Open For Applications!

The Dulverton Trust are pleased to announce that they are currently accepting applications for the next Dulverton Trust #iwill Fund panel in May 2022. The Dulverton Trust is working in partnership with the #iwill Fund, a £54 million joint investment between The National Lottery Community Fund and Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to support young people to access high-quality social action. The Dulverton Trust #iwill Fund is acting as a match funder and awarding grants on behalf of the #iwill Fund.

Applications are open to UK-registered charities which meet their criteria and are working in England to create youth social action opportunities in two areas of focus: the heritage sector and rural and farming communities.

They are open to considering a range of youth social action projects. This could include supporting young people to develop the tools to launch their own social action projects, embedding youth voice in organisational decision making or creating a youth volunteering scheme. Within the heritage sector, they are particularly interested in work which makes the sector accessible to diverse groups of young people. If you are interested in applying to the Dulverton Trust #iwill Fund, please contact their office for an informal conversation or submit an application via their online form (please include ‘#iwill’ in the project title if applying via their online form).

For consideration at the May 2022 panel, they recommend applying by the end of March 2022.

Impetus is looking for impact-led organisations who support young people from both ethnic minority and socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds into work. Organisations who help young people from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK get into employment.
 

Impetus research shows that young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are twice as likely as their better-off peers to be out of education, employment or training (NEET). Their data shows that ethnic minority young people are disproportionately impacted by unemployment.

For this open grant round, they are looking for impact-led organisations who support young people from both ethnic minority and social-economically disadvantaged backgrounds into work.
