Dear Friend,

Grace and peace in this Easter season! In communities all across North America, we see the people, pastors, and congregations of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) identifying problems, challenging injustice and oppression, putting our faith into action, and bringing forward the most important thing we need to generate meaningful change: vision.

As the health and social services general ministry of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), we work to advocate for the well-being of humanity. We seek to create communities of compassion and care. And, we do this by providing tools, resources, support, and community for leaders of justice organizations and ministries across North America. Inspiration can be felt and seen in our recent stories where we featured how our partners are deepening emotional and spiritual care for seniors, supporting churches offering food and life skills to foster children, to empowering leaders of color through peer learning and wellness groups.

Thank you for your generous donations! Please join us in this important work of supporting leaders and nonprofit ministries to realize their potential and their visions. Make a gift to NBA and become an active partner as we support prophetic leaders with courageous dreams to remake the world!

With gratitude and hope,

Mark D. Anderson
President & CEO
National Benevolent Association of the
Christian Church (Disciples of Christ)

P.S. You can make your gift online at NBAcares.org/donate or by mail to ATTN: Development, 733 Union Boulevard, Suite 300, St. Louis, Missouri 63108. Thank you!

P.P.S. Thanks to your support, the NBA was able to accompany 10 members of the 2021 Social Enterprise Cohort, including Menagerrie Winston and Andre Brown, as they launched their new social justice ministries. Winston and Brown were recently announced as Invested Faith Fellows and received additional support to continue to grow their new nonprofits! Congratulations, Menagerrie and Andre!
