WPFC Come and Try Nights +
Season Launch

Hi everyone,

West Pymble Football Club is pleased to announce that we are aiming for a full 2022 season Walking Football program. The immediate plan is to host two free, Football NSW sanctioned ‘Come and Try’ nights in March, to provide an opportunity for you to try out this truly fantastic form of football, that has been steadily taking off internationally, since 2017. The inaugural Walking Football World Nations Cup takes place in May 2022 in Manchester, England.

It provides a less intensive, low-impact form of this great game and is extremely fun to play. This is targeted toward people 40 years and over. All skill levels are welcome, including zero previous playing experience.

Should there be sufficient interest and willing regular participants (at least 10 to 12 per week to allow 5 v 5 or 6 v 6 games), we will commence a weekly program on Wednesday nights from 6 April thru 31 August 2022.

The season cost (inclusive of the $21 FNSW association fee which also covers player insurance) will be $100)  represents incredible value for a season-long term program. Existing registered players for 2022 do not need to re-register or pay additional fees.

You can register your interest here to ensure we can keep you updated ahead of the season launch: https://tinyurl.com/walkingfootballform.
