Dear Colleagues, As the news continues to be dominated by the humanitarian situation in Ukraine, we are again sharing relevant updates and resources in this newsletter. The GNC and the Alliance are actively engaged in developing a number of these resources, alongside the Nutrition Cluster’s response efforts within Ukraine itself. In light of the fact that the Russian Federation and Ukraine are responsible for almost one-third of the global wheat trade and two-thirds of global sunflower oil production, the unfolding crisis could have dire implications for global food security. Do please get in touch if you have your own resources that you would like to share – or suggestions for other features you want included in this newsletter. Just email gnc@unicef.org.
