We are continuing to plan our Conference & Festival for this coming May (27th to 30th) and are very pleased to be able to publish a Provisional Timetable, which can be downloaded here.  Many thanks to you if you have already booked your place(s) and please HURRY UP! if you have not yet booked: the closing date for applications is the 27th March - THIS YEAR!

    You will see from the Provisional Timetable that we have been requested by our venue's managers not to arrive before 6 p.m., which is a later arrival time than has been the case in previous years: this is because we will not be the only group of customers there, and the Management needs time to prepare for our arrival (and other groups) whilst - at the same time - overseeing the departure of others.

    The full residential cost of the event is £240 for adults (17 years or more) and £50 for children aged 6 to 16 years (children of 5 years or younger are free) adult Day Visitors are charged £50/person/day (children are free).  We ask that all who wish to come should pay at least £50 towards the cost, but please do not hesitate to apply for a bursary to help with the total cost, should you need to do so: we have a pot of money set aside for just this purpose - don't let a financial constraint hold you back!
