A Note from Pastor Laura…
Dear LFPPC Church Family,
Early in my pastoring career, a mentor told me that "The art of pastoring is the art of letting go". The Holy Spirit often reminds me of this wisdom from time-to-time--especially when I am anxious, trying to control things, or am making decisions out of fear. In truth, so much in life is about "the art of letting go". As disciples, we "let go" so that our human brokenness can be filled with the expansive grace of God. God is faithful and worthy of our trust. In this season of transition, I wonder what we as a congregation may want to "let go" of so that we can make more room for what God is doing in this present moment? As we approach Holy Week, may the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus be a reminder to us that no matter what we face, God is in control and leading us forward into a greater future than we could ever ask or imagine. Despite our brokenness, the expansive grace and love of God always has the final say.
Lenten Blessings,
Pastor Laura

Exciting news! The Deacons have been working at building a free food pantry to be installed on our property on Brookside Blvd. We will need your help to keep it filled. You are invited now to bring food and/or toiletries to help fill the new pantry. You may place your donations in the “Pantry in the Park” bin located in the Lower Foyer. There you will also find a list of suggested pantry items.
