Necessary Trouble: Thinking with the Legacy of JRL
from John R. Lewis College & College Nine, the Division of Social Sciences, the Institute for Social Transformation, and the Center for Racial Justice
Let's get into some good trouble with the last event of the Necessary Trouble series TODAY, Wednesday, April 13th from 4-6pm!

This event puts the spotlight on student organizers who catalyzed transformation in both the classroom and beyond, featuring in-person tabling from student and campus groups.

Pass the Plate: Zine Submissions

Share your favorite AAPI recipe, story, or photo for a dish that you have a personal connection with to be featured in the CoCo's "Pass the Plate" Zine and Meal-Kit Program!

Those who contribute will receive a free gift, along with a guaranteed copy of the zine and early access to the meal kit sign-ups.

The People of Color Sustainability Collective (PoCSC) is asking undergrads to take this short survey and raffling off prizes for those who complete it!

Responses can help PoCSC unpack the varied student perceptions, experiences, and behaviors related to campus environmental efforts. To learn more about the survey's origins, click here.

Alter-Native Drag Prom with Landa Lakes
from the American Indian Resource Center and Lionel Cantú Queer Center
Ready to party? Join us Friday, April 29th from 7-10pm at the Merrill Cultural Center for a night of dancing, drag, and a celebration of Queer and Native people, with special guest, Landa Lakes — a Chickasaw writer, musician, activist, and artist.

Light refreshments will be provided and 80's/Drag-inspired outfits are encouraged. All students are welcome so be sure to register here!

The African American Resource & Cultural Center (AARCC) is hosting a Black Grad info session TODAY, Wednesday, April 13th from 6-7pm at Cowell Conference Room #132!

Not graduating? Continuing ABC students are also encouraged to attend these sessions to learn more about volunteer opportunities for Black Grad.

The Asian American/Pacific Islander Resource Center (AA/PIRC) is hosting a registration and mixer event on Friday, April 15th for their annual AA/PI/SWANA Year-End Celebration!
