Church Buildings for Collaborative Partnerships (CBCP) site visit at St. Tim's last Thursday.
There were 27 (27!) people around the table thinking about how their building could be used to benefit a community that struggles with safety and accessibility due to lack of sidewalks and public transit. Community leaders who acknowledged past harms at the hands of the church expressed surprise and gratitude at how St. Timothy’s has LGBTQ+ and people with disabilities in mind before they even enter the building.

Just a reminder, on Sunday, May 1, it will be B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Box) Sunday. On that day, we will have our spring ingathering for UTO and will present our gifts of gratitude for all the blessings in our lives to God.
Studies have shown that keeping a gratitude journal improves your overall health. There is no right or wrong way to keep a gratitude journal, but UTO has created this as a spot to capture five quick words or moments of gratitude for this week. Click here to view.

Easter Morning NEWS
Re-introduction of the Chalice
Beginning Sunday, April 17, we will resume the use of the common cup to administer the sacred Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ. This follows guidance released by Bishop Jennifer that you can read HERE.
Standing (if you are able):
As a sign of our having been raised with Christ and made a Kingdom of Priests, the People are asked to stand for the Eucharistic Prayer and for receiving Holy Communion during the Great Fifty Days of Easter.
Masks are Preferred but Optional
Social distancing will not be enforced at this time.
Godly Play: Children are asked to attend Godly Play in their classroom at 10am and the children will rejoin their families at the beginning of distribution of Holy Communion. Following the service we ask that the children return to the classroom while Easter Eggs are hidden for the Easter Egg Hunt at 11:30am.
