School Nurse Updates

In preparation for the 2022-2023 school year at GSA, notices were sent out to parents with students that will be needing an updated immunization form (DH 680) and/or physical examination form (DH 3040). Please make every effort to submit these items once completed. Per Palm Beach County School District, students who do not meet the immunization and health requirements will not be allowed to attend school until the requirements are met/forms received. These forms are required whether you will be returning to GSA or enrolling in another school. Immunization and physical forms can be either emailed to sheila@assahaba.org or dropped off at GSA’s lower school office. In advance, thank you for your attention to this matter.

Chick 'n Chop on the Grill

Chick 'n Chop on the Grill Restaurant has partnered with the PTO for an ongoing after school fundraiser starting in the month of November! When placing your meal order please mention Garden of the Sahaba Academy. Chick 'n Chop is owned by a parent of GSA and they will donate 25% of your meal purchase to the PTO. This is valid for dine-in or take out orders. All proceeds from this fundraiser goes towards purchasing medals and trophies for the Spelling Bees, Science Fair and End of the Year Academic Awards! We appreciate all of your support to Chick 'n Chop Restaurant and we wish them continued success, In Sha Allah. Chick 'n Chop is located 129 NW 13 Street, Ste 24, Boca Raton, FL 33432.

Communication is essential as we strive to connect to our students, parents, families, and community each and every day.
