It's Registration Day! 

Get ready to register!

Sometimes using the website to register can be a bit of a process. Below is a PDF guide with images that take you step by step through the process of registering for the class you would like.
 

Please don't pay your Fee's right away.

As counter-intuitive as this may seem, please wait until we personally email you with the correct amount due before you send any e-transfers. The system may ask you to pay right away after registering but please ignore this message; it is system generated, we did not write it and so far as we are aware, we cannot remove it. We ask everyone to wait to pay so that we can make sure everyone knows the correct amount due before any e-transfers are sent.

After we personally email you with the amount due here will be the steps:

• Payment is by e-transfer: etransfer@chenaswimclub.ca
• Please use password: chenaskills

Schedule v2.

Since our last email there has been an update to our pool time on Saturday which has slightly changed the times of our classes on that day. Version 2 is current right now and we don't expect major changes.

Assessment Results

Thank you to everyone who attended our assessments these past two weeks. If you didn't hear right away after your assessment what class you should sign up for, you can check our invitation list here. If you did an assessment and you don't see your child's name on our list, send me an email and we will check our records.
 

Still need an Assessment?

Registration may be opening, but swimmers must be assessed prior to registering. If you still need an assessment, or perhaps you are just joining our mailing list, you can still sign-up your child in one of the time slots we have available. Please only register one swimmer per slot. 

Digital Report Cards!

Did you miss getting your report card at the end of your last class? You can now see and print your report card online by doing a search in our online report card database here. Use the drop down boxes to enter the Year, the Session, the Class Letter. It will then update the last drop down box to have the names of all the swimmers who were in that class. Simply click the drop down box and find your swimmer's name. If you don't see your swimmer's name try a different class letter. If you are still having trouble, send us an email and we can get it for you.
