The heat is creeping in and summer will be here before we know it. Water is even more important than normal in the high temperatures. Here are tips for getting kids to drink water:
- New cup/water bottle
- Exciting cup/water bottle
- Silly straws
- Keep it cold
- Serve it with meals
- Add flavor with fruit
- Drink it yourself
- Have it always available
If struggling to cut back on non-water beverages consumed by your child, start with alternating; make every other cup provided water.
