The Caroga Arts Collective plans to construct a state-of-the-art amphitheater in Sherman’s Park that will provide superb acoustics and be able to accommodate an 80-person orchestra and a stage house that will provide backstage support. When creating the design, Lacey Thaler Reilly Wilson Architecture & Preservation celebrated the views of Caroga Lake and Adirondack foothills by creating a warm, wood design that incorporates classical style elements with a sleek, contemporary, and elegant form.
Additional renderings, project details, and information about the capital campaign will be released later this spring.
