New "Renew" Report Available on Training System

Your district system administrators in the Training System have a new report at their fingertips.

By request of several districts, we have added a Renew Student Certificate report.  From your reports tab, click the button for the renew certificate tool.  On the next screen, select the training you would like, as well as the cutoff date.  Default will be today, but you can select a different date in the future (say, June 30 for an annual training).

Then select the segments of your district that you would like, including all staff, buildings, subject areas, grade level, or position.  Clicking the search button brings up a listing of all the individuals who do not have a valid certificate as of that cut off date, whether they have a certificate expiring before or haven't taken the training at all.

You can export that list if you want a report, or click the button to assign them the training.  The next page will allow you to set your own deadline for finishing that training.

Keep in mind that the ACES training and Suicide Prevention/Postvention training are annual requirements that staff need to complete by June 30 each year.  This tool will be a quick way to cover those staff that are not finished yet.
