Thank you all for joining the “Walks in Gardens of Love” Retreat. It was an immense joy for me to hold the space for you all and lead you on a heart felt and love filled practices and rituals.

This retreat will be a combination of five days Yoga & two days Shamanic Plant medicine Ceremonies at the end of the retreat.
This is a perfect way to cleanse and detox physically, energetically and spiritually and heal from root causes of your suffering. 
Also you will obtain clarities and wisdoms  through these ancient Yogic practices and Shamanic traditions in a loving and supportive environment. 
You have an option to join either Yoga or the shamanic ceremonies or both! 

🔸During the five days yoga you will be offered: 

- Morning Meditation, Kriyas & Pranayama followed by Yoga Asana. 

- Healthy Snacks and hot drinks will be offered after the morning sessions in our glorious terrace looking over the beautiful ARTA mountains and forest. 

- Afternoons will consist of exclusive and powerful meditation combined with various complementary practices for deeper and more profound experiences. 

Price for the Five Days Yoga : €750 

🔸Two Days Shamanic Ceremonies: 

- The ceremonies will be on Friday & Saturday Nights. 

- Light lunch & Healthy Snacks Will be Offered on both days.

Accommodations:

We have some lovely hotels in the village that are only 10 mins walk from where we are. You’ll be offered %10 discount when booking for this retreat by mentioning  “Yoga Retreat with Nabs”. We have had previous guests staying at the following two hotels with nice feedback. They’re reasonably priced and includes late breakfast after your practice. However, You’re welcome to make your own choices to where you want to book your accommodations.

						Each hotel have different prices and they’ve both agreed to include late breakfast for when you finish you morning practice around 11-11:30am.

This short film/Kurdish Mantra in now screening in Singapore at the Art Science Museum. 

We are delighted to have been chosen for this event 🧡

The film was directed by an amazing director and a beautiful human being @georgia__hudson and her team at @parkpicturesny @ahmet_husseyin. 

It was filmed in London and then it was published worldwide last year by @nowness. 

My gratitude and love to Georgia and all parties involved in this unique piece of art. 

I am delighted to let you all know that myself and @georgia__hudson are now working on another unique and artistic project to offer to the wide world. Stay turned!
