KEC hosted our annual 8th Grade Career Conference on Friday, March 11th. Hundreds of students and staff members from schools in DeKalb & Ogle Counties attended the conference, either virtually or in person at KEC. They gained valuable insights from dozens of presenters regarding different career paths, different essential skills, and different tools and resources available to help students become career ready! We want to thank our KEC instructors and students, along with Teri Spartz from DCCF and Gene Fogle, for giving local middle schoolers the opportunity to explore different career paths and to learn what it takes to land and keep their dream jobs!
