#WalkWednesday: A weekly prompt to take a few minutes to wander, be present & ponder.

40: How did you recharge over the Easter break?

As you return to work/the school run/your usual routine, use this wander to take a moment to look back over the break and ponder what you did that helped you recharge. As you walk, check in with your current energy levels and notice anything that makes you feel good on your route. Ask yourself if there is anything small you'd like to do more or less of to recharge each day now the break is over.
 

This Easter I topped up on time with family, wandering, staring at sheep and spending very little time using screens/my phone. It's reminded me how important it is for me to reduce time checking my email/social media.
 
How to #WalkWednesday:

WANDER. wherever you are - through the park, up the road, or round your room.
BE PRESENT. Take 3 deep breaths. Really notice the environment around you. Be aware of how you're feeling today.
PONDER. Gently reflect on the #WalkWednesday question.
