Urgent Volunteer Need / Uniform Fitting

Help Cleveland musicians prepare for the Starlight Parade! Sign up here for a shift in April to help with marching band uniform fittings. We have two slots we still need to fill:

Thursday, April 7 from 11:50 am – 2:45 pm
Tuesday, April 12 from 10:00 am –11:45 am

No sewing experience is necessary. A lead volunteer will guide the process each day. If you are not yet registered with PPS to volunteer, please visit this website to confirm your COVID vaccine and complete a background check.

PPS Honor Band

The PPS All-City Honor Band will be hosted at Cleveland HS and 24 Cleveland band students will be participating!!

The event starts Friday morning April 8th and the concert will be Saturday, April 9th. Here is a link with all of the pertinent information.

Symphonic and Concert Band Permission Slips

Students in Symphonic and Concert Band (including percussionists for those bands) were handed permission slips for the band's trip to West Linn HS on Thursday, April 21st.

Those will be due Tuesday, April 5th. Please look for those if you have not seen one yet. Here is a link to the Band Website page called "Docs & Forms" with digital versions of the permission slip AND the letter/itinerary. You will need to scroll down to find them.

Chaperones Needed for 2nd Band Festival

Three parent volunteers are needed to ride the bus and spend the day at West Linn High School on Thursday, April 21. Volunteers must have a background check and COVID vaccination on file with the district, which can be completed here.
