How to declutter your shared home

For many of us, the arrival of spring makes us want to start afresh, clean and tidy up our home and get rid of things we no longer use. Decluttering has become a major trend, partly thanks to the success of Japanese tidying role model Marie Kondo with her many tips around how to best fold your clothes, choose what to keep and what to send off to the charity shop. Having an organised and tidy home makes us feel good and frees our mind from mental clutter as well.
