At a time of exciting growth, our team is expanding and we're looking for people to join us in a range of roles all built around one idea: to make things better for the people of Lancashire.

A role that has an impact

We’re looking for people to join us to help connect us with Lancashire’s communities. Could you be our next:

  • Engagement Officer: £20,092 (pro-rata)
  • Senior Engagement Officer: £23,541 (FTE)
  • Team Leader: £24,982
  • Volunteer Coordinator: £23,541 (pro-rata)
  • Strategic Lead for Healthwatch Together: £35,000
  • Chairperson for Healthwatch Lancashire: Voluntary
  • Sessional Engagement Officer: £12 per hour
