One of my mentors sent me this note over the weekend as an answer to a question I sent him. I was saying that I needed to figure out how to get back in the groove and find the spark again in my own training.
I thought it was really great feedback and wanted to share it with you all:

Lots of people claim to be "lifelong learners." But they forget to qualify that statement by leaving out:
"As long as it's something I'm comfortable with."
"As long as it's convenient to me."
"As long as it reinforces my current self-concept."
If what you’re doing isn’t working as well as you’d hoped, look inward first.
Real growth doesn’t happen by protecting your ego.
You don’t have to be “hardcore” or make a “radical life change” - but sometimes we all benefit from a kick in the butt so we can get out of our own way.
You don't know, what you don't know...
Open your ears and your mind.
