Planning for the Aged Care Reforms
and managing Changes

We invite CEOs of aged care services to join us during a facilitated Round Table discussion to consider and plan for the impacts of the reforms on your organisation.
We know that the Aged Care reforms will lead to significant changes in the way Aged Care is assessed, funded and regulated. Each Aged Care organisation will need to transition to a completely different model, and initiate changes in the way it operates.
