Were 3 weeks out for the up coming Olympic lifting Spring inter-club.
This is a perfect opportunity for you to test your skills under competition conditions all from the comfort of your home gym Raincity Athletics.
The only way to grow as an athlete is to expose yourself to new challenges that encourage you to stretch your current ability.
So as some of your athletes coach I’m hoping you take this opportunity by the horns!
Also to get you prepped, the Raincity Olympic lifting classes + next 3 weeks of programming has been written to help you lift heavy on the platform and hopefully set some new PRS come go time!!
So make sure to get to the Sunday 11am and Thursday 7pm coached classes.
What you need to know.
3 snatch attempts, 3 clean and jerk attempts
1min to complete lift, 2 mins if following them selfs (weight on bar will only go up through out the heat)
Weigh-in 2hr before lifting, by official
3 certified TO4 or higher officials adjudicating lifts.
lifting on a platform 8ftx8ft / 13/13ft or taped off floor space.
Cost of Registration $0
All BCWA members and non members will be eligible to participate. Only BCWA Members results will be included in the event results scoring.
