Tipton, IN- In December of 2021, we welcomed Bob Keller as our new Maintenance Supervisor. In his role, Bob oversees the repair and maintenance of the equipment and facilities at the plant. In collaboration with the management and maintenance teams, he assesses the needed repairs, procures the materials needed to affect the repair, and sees to it that the repairs are made in a timely and acceptable fashion. Bob has hit the ground running at TSP and we have already seen the great impact he has had on our maintenance front.
Bob came to us with a nearly 20-year career in maintenance and 15 years of experience in supervision. With a background in heavy industry, this was his first step into the world of agriculture, but he has noted that he notices a large overlap between the two. Now, away from work, Bob likes to be outdoors. He enjoys camping, kayaking, gun sports, and hitting the gym. He also likes to spend his downtime reading.
When asked about what drew him to Total Seed, Bob simply said, “I drove by and saw the sign and took a chance,” and we are very glad he did. Bob has become a great addition to our team. We have seen the impact he can make as our Maintenance Supervisor and as a Total Seed Team Member overall. We look forward to great things from Bob for many years to come.
