Men's Breakfast

This Saturday, 8am


We have a hearty breakfast waiting for you! Bring your appetite and $3 to the Fellowship Hall this Saturday at 8am. Our speaker will be Aiden Franke. This young man recently returned from a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and has quite a bit to share! If you know Aiden, bring your dad and come support Aiden. Should be fun. See you this Saturday.

Youth Camp Fundraiser

Drop your kids off with our childcare volunteers and come have brunch this Tuesday at 9am in the Fellowship Hall. Bring a dish to share. No judgement if you grab something on your way! Spring Refresh Hour Classes

Not too Late to Join! Sundays at 9:45am



All Adults are invited to attend Spring Refresh Hour Classes on Sunday Mornings at 9:45am in the "North" Buildings. These are the modular classrooms North of the sanctuary building. There is a walkway leading there just outside the North Lobby.

Love Your Neighbor as Yourself – Marcos Dos Santos – N2
Have you ever stopped to think about why God commanded you to love your neighbor the same way you love yourself? Why didn’t He say to love your neighbor as you love Him?  In the words on David, you were wonderfully made (Psalm139:14). God chose you as the standard by which our neighbors are to be loved. In this class, we will explore what it means to have a healthy view of you.

 Marriage Class – Don & Pat Robinson and Team – N3
Whether you are preparing for the journey or married for so long you have lost count of the years, this class will transform your relationship. God can turn disillusioned, divorce-bound marriages into satisfying dream relationships. The XO Team pictured above, all want to help you learn from their stories and experience. This class will be going through the book Marriage on the Rock by Jimmy Evans.

Prayer for the Church and the nation Nancy Nash – N1
Prayer is a powerful weapon in spiritual warfare and the Holy Spirit is urging the body of Christ to be praying during this critical hour. Join Nancy Nash as she facilitates prayer for the church and for the nations.

Remember what it is like the first time to go somewhere? People like Phil Belier and team make that first time less awkward. Seeing a smile and genuine offer of friendship is one of the greatest gifts we can offer someone new.

God, thank you for all the ways you have blessed us with community. We ask that You give the welcome team ways to express your heart to each person that comes through the door. Pray that each individual would feel your welcome and know that You have a place they can call home and build community.

Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality. Romans 12:10-13

 

Palm Sunday, Easter Sunday

Invite a Friend!


As we gather for Palm Sunday this week and Easter the week after, remember your friends that aren't currently connected in a church community. Invite them to come with you. Let them experience a fresh revelation of what God did for them on the cross.


82% of the unchurched are at least somewhat likely to attend church if invited.Only 2% of church members invite someone to church in a given year. Seven out of ten unchurched people have never been invited to church in their whole lives! Research done by Dr. Thom Rainer in the book The Unchurched Next Door.

Edge - Ledge78 classes

Its not too late to join the new Edge/Ledge78 classes on Sunday mornings at 9:45am. Ledge78, for 7th and 8th graders, started diving into the Bible to find out what God means when He says we must be born of the Spirit. As Paul said, it is Christ in us that is the hope of glory. Jr. High Youth Pastor Austin Roberts is leading.

Edge, 9th through 12th grade, is exploring the book of Acts with Pastor Heath Stoner. What would change in your life if you had an encounter with the Holy Spirit like the first disciples did? How would people define you? What impact would you have on those around you?
