MAYOR'S MESSAGE
Thousands of people young and old will return to the sporting field across the region this weekend as our netball and football seasons begin.

Congratulations to all of the hard working volunteers who have made sure our clubs made it through to the other side of the pandemic.

For so many people, community sport provides social connectedness that really is crucial for our wellbeing.

For those not involved with sport, I hope you enjoy getting out on the weekend and relishing what might be our last taste of hot weather for a while.

Wishing everyone a happy and safe weekend.
