Mindfulness Session

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our lives in profound and unprecedented ways. Being on the frontlines has taken a huge toll. We’ve been exposed to a constantly changing work model and have been asked to perform tasks not part of our usual work environment. Now that the general public has started to travel again, how do we find consistency and stability manoeuvring through all of it? Anxiety is on the rise, as are conflicts within our workplace.

Mindfulness sessions will be held once a month, on the first Wednesday of the month at 9am PDT (Western Time Zone).

To register, please email mindfulness@accomponent.ca. In your email please include your full name and employee number.
