Vincent Williams, a resident of Oakland who experienced homelessness most of his life, shares his powerful story of survival and perseverance and his ultimate journey founding UCP (Urban Compassion Project), a grassroots organization tackling the housing crisis in the Bay Area. This is a prime opportunity to learn more about the current issues facing unhoused populations and how you can get involved in the fight to support our most vulnerable communities.
