Vincent Williams, a resident of Oakland who experienced homelessness most of his life, shares his powerful story of survival and perseverance and his ultimate journey founding UCP (Urban Compassion Project), a grassroots organization tackling the housing crisis in the Bay Area. This is a prime opportunity to learn more about the current issues facing unhoused populations and how you can get involved in the fight to support our most vulnerable communities. This event is being co-sponsored by Berkeley Haas, EGAL and Net Impact.

The event is free to all but we kindly ask that you consider donating to the Urban Compassion Project. Our target is $20,000 through this event. Donations can be made at our GoFundMe.
