Genealogy: Learn about newly released information concerning your parents and grandparents available free online
The Leisure World Computer and Technology Club (LWCTC) is inviting you to join us live in the LWCTC Classroom (no Zoom) Wednesday, April 6th at 3PM as Debbie Hagar leads a discussion on how to access census information just released by the National Archives and Records Administration. By law, detailed census records must be kept confidential for 72 years and are released only once each decade. The 1950 census, just released last Friday, contains a treasure trove of informtion that is now available free online and searchable by name and address.
Genealogists and the merely curious can now get a new glimpse into the lives of their parents and grandparents, as well as our country circa 1950.
DATE: Wednesday, April 6th
TIME: 3:00 p.m.
