Club Meeting Thursday 14 April 2022 7pm Regional Discussions 7.30pm Meeting
April is all about packing down our hives for winter. We will have a number of speakers talking about their take on the best way to go about it, including for Langstroth, Top Bar and Flow Hives.
We will also have a number of short videos demonstrating testing for AFB & Varroa - these are handy tools to have in the box at packing-down time. There will also be a demonstration of frame wiring and applying beeswax to plastic foundation.
Regional Discussions
From 7 - 7.30pm you can join a discussion group of beekeepers from your local area to talk about local conditions and strategies.
Covid Regulations
Masks and QR code are no longer required, however attendees still need to be double vaccinated and certificates will be checked at the door. Supper will be served after the meeting.
