How are you? Have you and your whanau been hit by Covid-19 yet?
We're currently in isolation.
Hubby tested positive on Tuesday afternoon, and Wednesday was his first 'sick day' in 14 years!! Which is a pretty impressive streak! Yesterday Amanda & I tested negative for our day 3 tests, however we've both woken up today with sore throats, coughs and not feeling well.... 🥺
We'll take another test soon, but suffice to say I'm pretty gutted - as my birthday plans for next week will have to be cancelled. 😩
Hopefully we'll be all better by Easter, as we're going away the day after Easter Monday for a week. (I'll be back to work on Tuesday 26th April - but it will still be school holidays, so I might be a bit sporadic!)
However, I do still have some updates and exciting news to share from the last month:
At the end of March I had my first wholesale order - SQUEAL!! 😲 😁 I'm super excited to announce you can now find a selection of Curlicue NZ's R3 Earrings at the EcoMatters store in New Lynn!

The drawers have arrived... but I haven't put them together - yet! SO - here's a photo of me working (making a whole lot of earring hooks for the wholesale order) at my new desk instead. 😊
Still no blog post - is there anything you would like to know more about? I do have a few more ideas up my sleeve - now it's a matter of finding the time. It's a constant juggle trying to run a small business, make orders, be creative for new stuff - and be a full time mum/ taxi driver to a busy teenager - in this covid world! 😬
