Hoping you're enjoying the nice weather...the evenings have been lovely. Perhaps finding some time to exercise outdoors? 

Back to a normal schedule next week. Yay!  We have 3 more weeks of Chair Yoga at 10:45am and then it moves to 10am with the other classes. 

Here's a great, easy recipe that I made the other night. Protein, veggies, detoxifying herbs....
