PART 1 - Taking Care of Self
Tuesday 3 May
10-12 pm
Ramada Resort

In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn about the concept of resilience and self-care practices.
What is resilience, why is it important and how do we cultivate it? Those questions will be answered by modules covering physical health & wellbeing, stress management, the right attitude, the right support and staying motivated. At the end of the workshop, participants will have an understanding of what resilience is and have a range of tools to include in their own wellbeing kit.

PART 2 - Taking Care of Business
Tuesday 31 May
10-12 pm
Ramada Resort

This 2-hour workshop focuses on business planning & risk management.
Business resilience emphasises the importance of preparedness through planning and monitoring. Participants will be encouraged to work on their own business plan throughout the session, whilst learning techniques to set appropriate goals, identify key risks and develop strategies to minimise these risks. The final module 'Trading through tough times' combines the ability to deftly solve problems with tips on seeking assistance.

MENTORING SESSIONS
During the initial 1-hour session (face-to-face or virtual), participants will have the opportunity to discuss their individual needs around business planning and their own wellbeing. All stages of business development are welcome, from well-established businesses looking at diversifying or expanding their offering to startups.

A 30-minute virtual follow up session will be offered to check on progress and discuss any outstanding items.
