New feature: Content Search in Documents (Product Search)


The Content Search in Documents feature allows users to search for documents, as well as document content, including document metadata from the Product Search menu item.

When searching using the TEK option, all your specified inputs are strictly considered metadata provided on a TEK/SPC.

When searching using the DOC option, all your specified inputs are strictly considered metadata provided on or in documents. These documents may or may not be tied to a TEK/SPC.

When searching using the BOTH option, all your specified inputs are searching in and andcross both options previously described.

New feature: API endpoint "Quality"

The endpoint /Catalogues/{catalogueId}/Teknos/{tekNoId}/Quality is now available for use.

Purpose:
Allows users to examine the so-called "quality indicator" for any specified TEK/SPC via our API. These indicators have previously only been available in the GUI.

Update: GTIN reference removed as "Quality" indicator

Due to popular demand, the GTIN reference is no longer considered or visualised as "quality indicator", and it has subsequently been omitted from the list of remaining quality indicators.

Please note that GTIN is still a valid field that can be populated by equipment suppliers and/or agents, and it will still be useful if provided.

Update: Field "Company" has been renamed to "Registered by"

The field "Registered by" and its corresponding value represents the company who has created and submitted a revision of a TEK/SPC.

Bug fixes and improvements (highlighted)


🐛Bugs:

  • Fixed a bug whereby the filter in product search could result in strange behaviour when selecting and deselecting certain parameters
  • Fixed a bug whereby the "upload template icon" did not necessarily load automatically when opening the menu item Bulk Upload
  • Fixed a bug whereby the export function would fail unless the search parameter "in hub" had been selected
✨Improvements:
  • Applying special characters in search queries now has a purpose
    (e.g., the special characters will be considered and searched for)
  • API version now correctly references in API responses
