That the sidewalk is an illusion?
That the cashier is only in my imagination?
And what about my partner, my children?
'There is nothing outside' doesn't mean
that others, structures and nature don't exist -
at least as much as you exist.
And it's not that once you implement this understanding,
you immediately turn into a brave confident Superman
who can freely do anything -
because you don't have to care anymore.
It's not like this at all.
You still face those shrinking comparative thoughts of unworthiness,
of why am I never the chosen,
of what others will say, and I have to show perfect.
Just now, instead of the outside is your battlefield
and you need to fix all the world in order to live in peace,
these outside and the world become
your useful reflection and mirror -
and all the work is done inside, privately.
And you only need to take care of and regulate
your own internal environment,
it's fully in your hands, and on your own terms and pace,
in order to live the fulfilling reality and life you wish for.
