We hope you are all doing well! Right now, we are on a cross-country road trip. It's amazing to see all the different terrains and sights across the United States! The Grand Canyon in particular left us breathless. Stefanie Payne once said, “There will never be a photograph of the Grand Canyon that can adequately describe its depth, breadth, and true beauty” and we couldn't agree more. Looking at the vastness, almost felt like trying to count to infinity. There was something incomprehensible about the view, the beauty, the magnitude of it all.
Oftentimes we feel the journey and exploration of joy can be similar. Joy has the potential to be boundless and vast, but must grow each day. The more you practice it, the deeper the canyon can become.
There are some large things happening in the world right now but here are some tiny things to hopefully make your day more grand...

"One of the resources I have my clients create is a Vitamin "P" list. The list consists of at least 20 things that bring them happiness. When we are feeling unhappy, we often can't or don't remember what elevates our mood. Having the list allows my clients to quickly identify and act on something they know works for them."
