Jóvenes Adelante is proud to release its Annual Report 2021.
It is more than numbers, but a window into how we operate and do what we do! As described in a recent newsletter, Jóvenes Adelante quietly began intense internal reform 4 years ago that resulted in internal work product we call our 360 degree view.
This annual report 2021 marks a transformative, watershed event as a result of that internal reform - as our new organizational collaborative model shows (see pages 10- 15)
