Residências Temáticas Internacionais (RTI) são uma iniciativa da Associação Rede More, tem como objetivo estabelecer uma relação com a comunidade local através de trocas artísticas.

Helena Dawin estudou Literatura, Psicologia e Estudos Latino-Americanos. Frequentou o Programa de Estudo, Pesquisa e Criação Coreográfica (PEPCC) no Fórum Dança e criou o sólo “Já não”. Foi bolseira no Festival Impulstanz, Vienna. Em colaboração, criou os projetos "now-here-land", "dança e língua" e "contratempo". Participou no PEPCC-Colectivo no Fórum Dança e no Projeto do Estudo em Dança com Francisco Camacho, e dançou em "Febres de Lisboa" da Cia João Garcia Miguel. Agora, continua a pesquisa coreográfica independente.

Na RTI - Almada, acolhemos a sua investigação sobre  “vestígios invisíveis”

Será que os vestígios formam a interface do surgimento do sentido e do não-sentido? Será que ligam os nossos signos e sinais com a fisicalidade e a materialidade do mundo? São descobertos vestígios ou são produzidos no acto de ler?

O vestígio, o visível do invisível. Através do vestígio conseguimos colocar-nos no lugar do que já não está aqui, conseguimos adaptar um outro olhar.

A memória invisível da dor, a dor invisível da memória. Qual é o vestígio da memória no corpo?

Telma João Santos é doutorada em Matemática e em Artes Performativas e tem desenvolvido como performer um trabalho em torno da multidimensionalidade das formas de auto-re-a-presentação, intersectando discurso matemático, análise de movimento, através do conceito dinâmico de germinar.

Helena Dawin studied Literature, Psychology and Latin American Studies. She attended the Program for Study, Research and Choreographic Creation (PEPCC) at Forum Dança where she created her solo "Já não". She was a co-creator of the projects "now-here-land", "dança e língua" and "countratempo". She participated in PEPCC-Colectivo at Forum Dança and in the Dance Study Project with Francisco Camacho, and danced in "Febres de Lisboa" by Cia João Garcia Miguel. Recipient of Danceweb scholarship (Impulstanz Festival 2015, Vienna), she continues her independent choreographic research.

At ITR - Almada, we welcome her research on "invisible traces"

Do traces form the interface of the emergence of meaning and non-meaning? Do they connect our signs and signals with the physicality and materiality of the world? Are traces discovered or are they produced in the act of reading?

Telma João Santos, PhD in Mathematics and also in Performative Arts, has been focused her work as a performer on the multidimensionality of ways of self-re-presentation, intersecting mathematical discourse and movement analysis through the concept of germinating.
