All support calls, jobs and consumables orders should be sent to us via our support email - support@checkoutci.com - or via the support link on your Hub stating the urgency of your request.
Whoever is on call will handle your email according to your Service Level Agreement.
Please refrain from emailing staff members directly just in case they might be on another call, away from the office etc etc
MENU PROGRAMMING & CHANGES

For changes to EXISTING MENUS etc please provide 2 WORKING DAYS NOTICE
For LARGE CHANGES, i.e. new menus please provide 2 WEEKS NOTICE
PLEASE REMEMBER TO KEEP ALL YOUR TILLS ON TO ENSURE ALL OPERATING & SOFTWARE UPDATES ARE SENT DOWN.
